Summer Solstice Night Bike Ride - 2025

Join GreenTown Los Altos on a 15-mile night bike ride to watch the sunset at Bay Lands. We start at the Community Center in downtown Los Altos, take Los Altos Avenue into Palo Alto, cross 101 using the Adobe Creek/101 Overcrossing and arrive at Bay Lands to enjoy sunset at exactly 8:32. We ride back to Los Altos taking the Stevens Creek Trail as it gets dark, so make sure your lights work!

Registration starts at 7:00 pm and the ride starts at 7:30

Wear a helmet, and one more time - make sure your lights work! This ride is slow paced, family-friendly and safe. GreenTown provides a leader and a sweeper, but there is always some inherent risk in riding a bike and by joining this ride you understand and accept that risk.
